The Perennial Favorites ECD contains an interactive 363 page book.

I did numerous interviews with the Zippers from 1995 to 1997. I usually shot the interviews on videotape & recorded the audio on DAT. Last year I made the decision to transcribe all of these interviews so that they could be included in the "Perennial" CD-ROM so that they would not be never seen & lost.

I transferred all of my interviews to cassette tape & began transcribing them on legal pads. I traveled around a lot last year on corporate work so I did most transcribing from my Walkman on airplanes, in airports, waiting around on jobsites, in hotel rooms and a little at home. It took over six months to get it all written out & then typed out (I don't have a laptop computer.)

Creating the book also allowed me to make use of a lot of pictures that weren't seeming to find a place in the CD-ROM.

This book & interviews are now registered with the Library Congress.
